MICHAEL T. GAVIN, age 90. Beloved husband of 64 years to Marjorie Gavin (nee Gibbons); dearest father of Maribeth Wuertz (husband William), Jane Bacon (husband Timothy), Michael Gavin (wife Mary Kay), Neil Gavin, Maura Gavin (Ronald Burdick) and Kathleen “Katie” Gavin; loving grandfather of Mikhail and Alex Wuertz, Daniel (Kristen), David, Patrick and Madeline Bacon, Nicole Paoloni, Conor and Oliver Gavin, Charles and Halle Gavin, and Garrett Francisco; great-grandfather of two; dear brother of Annette McGinty and the late Therese Motko; cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews. Michael was a graduate of Cathedral Latin High School, John Carroll University and Case Law School. He was a World War II Navy veteran. Funeral Mass Friday, February 15, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church. Interment Knollwood Cemetery.
