CATHERINE CLAIRE “PEGGY” OTTMAN (nee Ott), age 80, of Cleveland Heights, OH passed away on November 13, 2017 with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late John Michael Ottman; loving mother of Michael, Maureen, Margaret and Mark Ottman (Barbara); dear grandmother of Jennifer, Michael, Haley and Luke; dearest sister of Mary Ann Desmarteau (Ed, deceased), Patricia Starr (Richard), Charles Ott (deceased) (Tang), Thomas Ott (deceased) (Donna) and David Ott (deceased); aunt and uncle of many nieces and nephews. Peggy retired from the Ohio Lottery in 2002 after 30 years of service. She supervised St. Ann’s gym in Cleveland Heights and worked at the Colony on Lee on the weekends. She was known to many as “MOM” and Uncle Peggy. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in the memory of Peggy to Greater Cleveland Food Bank, 15500 S. Waterloo Rd., Cleveland, OH 44110 and Cleveland Clinic Hospice, 6801 Brecksville Rd., Suite 10, Independence, OH 44131. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, November 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Ann Church of Communion of Saints Parish in Cleveland Heights. Interment All Souls Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the SCHULTE & MAHON-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 5252 MAYFIELD RD., LYNDHURST (BETWEEN RICHMOND AND BRAINARD) THURSDAY 3-7 P.M.
