Beloved husband of the late Elaine (nee Kernaghan); dearest father of James (wife Marty Grey), Catherine "Sissy" Costello (husband Daniel) of Columbus, Howard (wife Anne), Patrick, Christopher (wife Nancy), Mary Rose Sullivan (husband Mark) of Columbus and Miles (deceased) (wife Peggy Spaeth); cherished grandfather of Meredith Schindler (Cameron Getto), Annie (Adam Zeller) and Patrick (Marie), Kevin (Justine) and Rosey Coburn, Michael Costello (Andrea), Miles and Meaghan Costello, Colleen and Katie Coburn, Caroline, Sean and Bridget Coburn and James, Will and John Sullivan; great-grandfather of seven; loving uncle of the Clements family. Dr. Coburn practiced medicine for 35 years at the Euclid Clinic and Euclid General Hospital, retiring in 1986.
